Mac Book Pro running so slow since Mohave

Is anybody else have an issue with your Mac Book Pro running slow?
I have done all the tweaks for clean up except for all the cashes. Not sure which ones are necessary and I don't want to screw up anymore than going slow.

My husband is on a Microsoft laptop and has no problems..

Help!

Might want to bring up Activity Monitor (Applications > Utilities) to see if something is running amok.

Something is going on there with speech/dictation chewing up some CPU cycles. Were you using dictation when you took this screenshot?

No I only use it occasionally for seri but I could lose that if it would run faster,
How would you stop it from opening up automatically?

Go here in System Prefs and turn it off and see if that helps.

I'll give and a try and try to use Navigator more and keep Google unopened. I'll get back if I have good results.
