Mac - Can I assign Google PW Manager in password options?

Hi,

I use Mac and Iphone, but my pw manager is google.

On my iphone, it was easy to set google as my pw manager in settings. On my Mac however, I can't figure out how to do the same thing. When I go to Settings > Passwords > Password Options on my Mac ... the only choice under the section 'Use passwords and passkeys from', is my iCloud keychain. Chrome is my default browser on Mac, similar to my iphone.

Does anyone know if I am able to populate that settings option with google PW manager on Mac? And if yes, how?
