Just found my old 1989 Mac Classic in the basement!

Plugged it in and....

A sort of angry fizzing noise plus a very upset looking black and white fuzzy pattern on the screen. But it's defintely not dead.

So what do I do next?

Recycle it? Donate it to a museum?

Or is there any remote chance it might be fixable?

I'll check out the specs/try to post a pic later this evening...

Think it had OS 6.something.

Would like to get it working before I part with it... see what I was doing back then.

Any thoughts on how I could get it restarted myself? The keyboard is knackered.

It's okay, where do you live. I'm in Denmark (just concerning the shipping). I have no ide how you can restart it wo. keyboard, but I'm not really interested in turning it on, so your choice if you wanna do that.

UK. So could be expensive to ship.

Thanks for the offer, but out of curiosity really want to get the old girl going again/see what's on there before I decide what to do with her.

Will let you know how it goes.
