Yes, noticed that today. Came home from work to 10 e-mails on my Mac that were never pushed to my iPhone, until I manually refreshed.

Same with iCloud email. It’s been this way for the past few days too!

same here since iOS 13.2.3

I have a me.com (iCloud) email address and no problems whatsoever. Everything syncs between devices automatically.
