This may or may not exist, so apologies ahead of time...

I work from a Mac to Unix file servers that have 'long filenames and paths' meaning that at times when I try to 'delete' I often get errors and can't delete certain files and folder paths. Is there an app that does this?

Do you mean you mount Unix shares on your Mac?

If you have an account with proper permissions, you can SSH to the Unix box and perform file operations from the remote Unix command line.

Hey Techwarrior,

I mean connecting to a Unix Server (with SMB share)... Alas I do not have SSH access to it, only via the finder :-(
