Mac discharge when closed

Good afternoon, already like a week, Mac began to discharge in sleep mode. I did not install any updates, but at the same time, it became much faster to discharge both during working and when Mac is closed. Approximately 150 charge cycles in total.
What can be done.

Sounds like you have a "runaway app" or "runaway process" eating up energy.

Very simple thing to try:
Reboot.

Is the discharge clear? If it's discolored or more like mucus, it might be a virus.
