Strange question. You can install Virtual PC or Guest PC and run any Intel-compatible OS. You can install any of several PPC-compatible distributions of Linux. However, you can run virtually every Linux app on Darwin. Of course, the Darwin port of BSD is already installed on your computer. It might help to be a little more specific about what you want to do.
