I was curious as to what to use as far as managing and submitting websites to search engines properly? I was accustomed to using Submit Wolf for PC but now I'm in need of Mac native program to do similar tasks.

Any suggestions?

Submitwolf is award winning web site promotion software that can dramatically increase your web site traffic. Submit Wolf can submit your web site details to thousands of search engines, directories and link pages.
48 Hour Priority Paid Submissions on Altavista, HotBot, Inktomi, LookSmart, MSN, Overture, Slider, whatUseek and many others are integrated.

Are you kidding? The only search engines that people really use are Google, Yahoo and MSN. I suggest submitting your site to Google, who have their own online site submitter and then waiting. Have your site search-engine-optimized and include great content that people will link to.

That's the best way to get your site into search engines. Don't buy software for it.

Google makes up the vast majority of searches. Submit your site manually to them and the others will eventually index your site. Anyone who sells a product claiming they can guarantee search engine placement is wasting your time and money. :)

No. Google will reindex your site automatically. In fact, constantly submitting your site may have negative effect. It is not uncommon for me to have 20 - 30 Google bots on my site with in single hour and I have only submitted my site once to Google. Google uses a system called page rank and bases search rankings on factors such as the number of back links a site has and how big the sites the links are on are. :)
