MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Fan Control perfect setting

Hello lads,
I wanted to ask you for an opinion on what settings you use of mac fan control with Mac Pro 5.1

I would like to set it to the best

Generally I just keep it on automatic, sometimes I set it to full for heavy sessions such as rendering. I also tend to keep an eye on the temps in the status bar and move the speed up when it’s getting hot. but Generally the mac can keep it’s own temperature under control.

My machine appears to run cooler and quieter with sensor based settings and the MFC default parameters.
