.Mac Gallery on ATV

Hi,

Can some one please help me! What do I have to write in the .Mac section on my ATV to see my (and my friends) photo gallerys.

I know it will be a simple answer, but please help!

To see your own galleries, enter your .Mac account name.

To see your friend's, enter his/her .Mac account name (typically, the email address).
