Guys, all of a sudden today I'm getting various system infected / Trojan / Hacked alerts. I've attached pictures below. I've attached a picture below showing the numerous alerts. What on earth are these? And what should I do?

I don't want to click on them just in case they take me to some dodgy sites.

They are bogus fake notifications.

Thank you so much again Dude (you replied to my other thread earlier :) ).

I'll sort this when I get home. In the meantime, how on earth did these start all of a sudden? And how did they get installed? Would they breach the security on my Mac?

They are taking advantage of a relatively recent enhancement to web protocols that enable websites to send notifications to your web browser, much like what apps on your phone do. Unscrupulous folks are abusing it by using an icon that looks like the System Preferences one in macOS to trick people into thinking it's the OS sending it. It's not unique to Safari... all modern web browsers have this option available. It's best to disable it across the board.

I just got home and it's sorted. Thank you so much for the help and the link. I was in panic mode when I saw all those messages.
