Mac late 2012 Missing Fusion Drive

I have read past posts on this but want to include my specs and issue to ensure I am doing what I can to properly address since this is a custom that I’d love to keep going as long as possible.

I found these instructions but want to ensure that my situation is similar enough that this would be an option.

Missing Fusion Drive

In the process of restoring to factory, I did a 'erase' drive, and then went to reinstall the OS (as you're supposed to). But, now, the Fusion Drive is missing. Well, it is listed as Fusion Drive 1.02TB, but you can't select it during the OS reinstall, etc. I can't partition it I can't run...
