Hi guys,

Is there any program, which I can use to see external HDD health/transfer speed? Something like AOMEI Partition Assistant for Windows, which can allow me to see multiple parameters, detect bad sectors, etc?

Thank you in advance!

There's something called DriveDX. I don't know if it's precisely what you're looking for though, as it only can detect bad sectors/check drive health. You have to download another program like Blackmagic Disk Speed Test to test the speed. Also, DriveDX is a paid software, although there is a free trial—I've never bothered paying for it... but maybe it'll satisfy your needs.

Yes DriveDx is one of the two go-to apps for reading and analysing the drive SMART data. The other is SMART Utility. Techtool Pro has a reasonable SMART section as well. DriveDx (and I think the others) need an extra driver for external USB drives, and even with that not all drives support it.

There are a lot of options for transfer speed. Black Magic is popular for testing a drive's capability, but not for monitoring its speed during actual use. My favourites for monitoring are iStat Menus and Stats.

I actually prefer Amorphous Disk Mark over Black Magic for testing a drive.
