I’m having two problems - which may be linked - accessing emails on my iPad.
First, emails don’t always appear straight away. I use two email apps on my iPad, Mac Mail and Outlook. Right now, Mac Mail says there are no emails since yesterday, although a load of emails are there on my iPad through the Outlook app. Sometimes it happens the other way round, with emails in Mac Mail butOutlook telling me there’s nothing there.
The second problem is that, even when I’m told I’ve got an email, the content is often not downloaded. That’s just happened to me, with an email in Outlook. I can’t see the content, though the same email has downloaded on my wife's ipad in outlook because we share the same Apple account and can see each other’s emails.
How can I make sure emails appear properly?
