Mac Mail-disable incoming yet keep outgoing

HI,
I have a computer I use for out-going emails only...no incoming. Up until Ventura, I achieved this by changing the incoming server host name to a dummy address and that would block all incoming. Outgoing server host name was correct thus mail would go out.

After updating to Ventura, Mac Mail will not allow this dummy incoming server name any more. Any ideas of a way around this?
I have used this setup for many years prior to Ventura.
