I'm an IT guy that is much more familiar with Windows than OS X so hoping to get some advice from you guys. I have a user using Mac Mail for email and it works just fine. However he needs to add a second Exchange account and it messes things up.
The account adds just fine, then when you go to view the inbox the messages show up but in the message preview it just shows "loading". Even when you go back to the original exchange account all message preview will show "loading".
The new account is new so there is not much content, literally 12 messages in it. A couple of messages with attachments but only up to like 3 MB. We're only syncing the Inbox of this account.
If you remove the new account all goes back to normal. Any thoughts?
