Hi all, struggling with mac mail (first time mac user) i prefer my client usually use outlook to not sort and view messages by conversation, or by thread. I'm of course aware i can click view, and untick organise by conversation and it sorts it, however it only seems to do it per the folder that.I have selected at the time, it wouldn't be an issue as i'd spend some time going through every folder and unticking it but i have a LOT of subfolders! Does anyone know of a way to do this globally? As when I create new folders i'd like it off anyway ideally.

Kind regards

I don't know a method for the default mailbox view to have Organize by Conversation unchecked, but you can select multiple mailboxes and change that setting. To select multiple, tap on the first in the list, scroll down to the last one and Shift select it. Once all are selected, you can uncheck the View options.
