I noticed over the weekend that both Google and Yahoo Outgoing mail servers in my Mac Mail App are showing as offline but incoming mail is fine.
I acquired third party passwords from both Google mail and Yahoo mail but this did not fix the issue.
Have tried most things that I have read online to no avail, any help would be good.
EDIT: While awaiting a reply I found out that you have to put the generated mail password not only into the account information page but you also have to enter it into the outgoing SMTP server list for the server on the account. I have never ever had to do this before, I can only assume this change was made by the mail providers Yahoo and Google.
