Mac Mail : See message thread

Hello,
Several people have access to the company info@ email account. We are unable to see from the different computers if others have answered an incoming email.
Wondering if there's a way to see the message thread from any computer with access to that account?

It should not be a problem if the mail account is configured as IMAP... it should remain on the server and available for anyone with access to view, regardless of what device they are using. However, if the account is configured as POP3 on any device, when that device accesses the email, it is copied to that device and (usually) deleted from the mail server.
