I have my Gmail and my Yahoomail accounts synchronized so I can just open mac mail and see all my incoming messages. Over the past few weeks i am received alot of spam/junk mail regarding winnings of lotteries; inheritances, etc etc. I have them showing up in my Trash but am even tired of that and would like to know if it is possible either in mac mail; gmail or yahoo to setup it up so that do not even arrive to either of my accounts and i don't ever have to even delete the trash at all. Any tips or ideas are welcome, thanks.

yes.

you need to go to the provider (gmail) and create rule online that say all emails containing "lottery" are deleted instantly.

then I set my bin to delete contents every day automatically.
