I have migrated to Beta 5 and Mac mail is still showing the message moving messages 1 of x when you delete or move to another folder and doesn't disappear even though to email has moved or been deleted. it seems to apply only to Exchange, IMAP is working ok.
I have raised as a Bug with Apple hopefully they may fix it considering I reported it back in Beta 2 and they haven’t even looked at my bug request.
EDIT - looks like they still haven't seen it - any idea on how to bring to their attention?
