mac mini 1.66CD memory config>?

Hi guys, is the memory config in the mini 1.66CD 2x 256mb or 1x512? doesnt seem to say on the support spec page?? thanks
 
2x256. All the Minis are. I have an early 2006 1.66 with the Superdrive. I replaced the 2x256 with 2x1GB.
