Mac Mini 1.83ghz intel running Combat Arms

Hello, I am looking to purchase a Mac Mini that has a 1.83Ghz processor and that is the Intel Core 2 Duo. I hear it has some sort of "GMA950" Graphics card. Is that correct? If so, do you think it could handle running Windows Vista on a Partition and then be able to play the FPS game, Combat Arms?
