Mac Mini 2009 and Lion Server?

I have a Mac Mini 2009 and I am debating about getting Lion Server. What do you think? Is the unit able to benefit all of Lion's server features? It is a Dual Core 2.53 with 4 gigs of RAM. Any thoughts? Thanks
