Hi everyone.
I'm about to order the RAMs for my Mac Mini upgrade. I've done quite a bit of search and came up with the following.
Can anyone tell me if I have it sorted out correctly?

Some info regarding my Mac Mini:
Mac Mini Early 2009 (Bought in June 25, 2009)
Mac OSX 10.5.8 Leopard
P/N= MB464LL/A
Processor= 2 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
Hard Drive= 320GB

My Hardware Overview

My RAM Info

I'm looking into upgrading my memory from 2GB(2x1GB) to 4GB(2x2GB).
Based on my research, I should be getting;
1) Identical RAMs for best performance.
2) My RAMs should be DDR3 PC8500 SO-DIMM 1066MHz 204 Pin CL=7.

Please advise if I got it right.

Also, I have found 4 links for my RAMs.
I'd deeply appreciate it if you could possibly check them out let me know which option I should go for.

@Hellhammer - Thank you.

When I meant identical, I was trying to say that both RAMs should be the same. My bad.

Can you comment on the links? I really would appreciate it.

@philipma1957 & @Minicube - Thank you for yr answers.

philipma1957,
I fully respect yr comments and advice. Since you put the 5GB into practice, you definitely know yr stuff.
However, my problem is that I'm stationed in a remote area in Turkey and I'll be shipping these over to a friend who will be visiting the area soon.
If I can't get them working, I'm stuck with the old RAMs till God knows when. There isn't one PC service who knows what they are doing over here.

All the websites that I've checked have suggested usage of 2x2GB RAMs. So, I'll stick with my original plan if you don't mind. I gotta play VERY safe.

Can either of you guys suggest which RAM to buy?

Once again, thanks for your time.
