My six week old 2009 Mac Mini 2.26ghz upgraded with 4 gigs of ram/500gb 7200rpm hard drive is KERNEL Panicking when I'm using iPhoto or playing an online video.

Five times in two days.

Of course it is under warranty but has this happened to anyone else?

The iPhoto crashes were one thing, but now it just crashed when playing a Hulu video.

What is going on? Is it memory? Is it the logic board?

Yeah mine was crashing a lot while watching Hulu. I have no idea what caused it, so I just ran a diagnostic test- and even though it came back clean. It seemed to of cured it. Like my computer woke up, so; no sure what caused it. But that deff. stopped the crashing.

Try unplugging/plugging any firewire or USB peripherals you have attached - that would be my first troubleshooting step. After that I'd crack open the case again and concentrate on the ram.

Good luck.

I'm taking it in. Apple had me re install operating system. It is still crashing on Hulu and other sites.

No, I did a hardware check, it is not the ram it has something to do with the video card.
