I have a Mac mini 2010 which is not booting up and always gets stuck in the loading screen and doesn't enter into recovery mode too. I saw many YouTube videos but none worked. So I went into verbose mode and tried to see where the booting would get stuck and the place where it got stuck was "1080211 Interface: :updateReport _peerManager is missing".
I searched this up on Google and it is something related to wifi not working and the solution was to go into settings and fix it. But just to be clear my mac doesn't boot up what so ever. I am trying to reinstall mac using bootable drive which isn't working either. I can't access any mac os utility to fix this problem. Please help me. I will post the picture down below

Boot into single user mode (command s) and iThink you can enter the command there to disable wifi.
