Mac Mini 2011 (full screen problem)

I have a late 2011 mac mini 2.3 with 8gb crucial RAM.

Sometimes when i watch youtube videos or last nights apple event in full screen it logs off or the screen gets black.... also when i open videos in full screen for first time, sometimes the screen gets full white......:confused:
