I was having problems with parallels desktop, it got stuck in suspended mode, I would try & shut this virtual machine down, & start up still stuck in a suspended loop. So i quit parallels desktop.
I read about this problem, & one suggestion was to restart ones mac, so after quitting parallels desktop, I went & selected restart of my mac mini. Then it seemed to be stuck at the grey screen with a little circular progress wheel going, but nothing else.
So then after a about 10 minutes with the mini stuck, I just pressed the power button on it & powered it down. Then I powered it up again, & all seemed ok, everything booted up normally.
Then I started parallels desktop, & windows xp (my virtual machine) & all seemed normal again. I ran a disk repair permissions, & did a basic check with tech tool pro, & all seemed ok.
What happened? & is there anything else I should do?
