Simple the best machine ever! 
I bought two new Mac Minis, i7 2.7 750 GB 8GB (enter-level) and a Mac Mini server 8GB x500 GB 7200 RPM.
I dedicated those days to configure the first one as HTPC connect with my ONKYO HTX-22HDX and 42" LG LED HDTV, using XBMC and Plex, completely NICE. The server will dedicate as desktop and NAS connecting 2 3TB WDC disks.
I would like to rear some recommendations about HTPC configuration on Mac OS, software, peripherals, and more tips will be welcome!
