Mac mini 2011 or Air 2015

Hi guys. I have a question.
My win laptop Asus n550jk Core i7 with 12Gb memory are dead.
I have Mac mini server mid 2011 Quad i7 with Intel HD 3000+12 Gb memory+ssd and Macbook Air 2015 with 8Gb.
What do you think, which computer will be faster for Photoshop+Illustrator CC 2017(on win10) and with Dell U2515Hx which I ordered yesterday?

The mini should so much better than any air, quad i7 and 12gb.

yes, it's a better chip but the processor and ram will make a huge difference, as the air's use low power processors to achieve their battery life.
