My 2012 Mac mini is currently linked to an old lcd tv at 720p (tv is so old it can only do 720p or 1080i)
Finally getting around to replacing the to and have seen a good deal on a 55" 4K tv
The tv says it can upscale 1080p to 4K so I'm guessing my Mac mini won't struggle if I set its resolution to 1080p and let the to do the upscaling rather than have the maxi mini set at 4K resolution
Will movies played from iTunes look ok when upscaled or will I run into lag issues caused by the upscaling?
