Hey..
So, it is very important to take a look at some test videos of the new Mac Mini, in order to decide which one to go with.
All kind of test, from boot tests, i5 vs i7, SSD vs HDD, and any other test.

That's 24s for booting up.

I would really prefer the Fusion drive.
 
If there is only one thunderbolt port, how do you run two displays if you don't want to use the HDMI? Or do you have to use the HDMI port?

2 thunderbolt displays daisy chained. I believe 2 TB displays is the max they can daisy chain.
