Mac Mini (2018) vs Alienware Alpha R2?

I have an R2. Its a nice little PC. Its getting a little long in the tooth though. And it can get loud. Any idea if the Mini would be as fast or faster for video, Netflix, gaming through HDMI?

Alpha R2 specs
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-6400T (2.2GHz, four threads)
  • GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 4GB.
  • RAM: 8GB DDR4 (SODIMM format)
  • Storage: 500GB 7200rpm Hard Drive.
