Every three days or so it will crash. Fans do not speed up or anything / no over heating. I have applecare+ thinking about taking it in or doing a fresh install of lion. I'm on 10.8.4 , with 16gb of RAM. Any help would be amazing or if anyone could shed a light.

You upgraded the memory with 16GB Corsair (2 x 8 GB, DDR3, 1333 MHz, 0x029E) right? Try putting the stock sticks of RAM back in the machine and see if it does or doesn't have the same crashing problem during the next week.
