mac mini A1283 upgrade - compatible cpu?

I would like to upgrade mac mini A1283.

Is Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E7600 (3M Cache, 3.06 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) compatible with Mac Mini A1283?

And also will A1283 see 8 GB of RAM?

The processors in the early 2009 and late 2009 Mac minis are glued in place and cannot be upgraded.

They can take 8GB of RAM though, provided the EFI is version 1.2 or later (have 8GB in mine, and using 1.6GB of it )...
