Hi,
After connecting my time capsule to the Mac Mini 2012 and starting the backup process, I experienced the fan going wild, temperature CPU going up to 90 Celsius. Checking the process monitor there were several mdworker and mds processes running and using 80% or higher of the CPU. And the mds process takes almost 1 GB of memory.
So I stopped the time machine backup and everything went back to normal.
Any idea why the time machine process has such an impact on the resources?
