I decided to "keep it real" this time around, it maintains VGA output via a splitter in the back, so I don't lose the color output.

Maybe when I do v2 in a Macintosh Classic, much easier DVD rom modification I think, if the chassis are the same or similar.

Hey, yeah, saw the Nippon mod and they did some weird tweaking around the disc drive that you did not. You put a new CRT in it?

I agree with one of the Diggers, that Tiger looks very cool in B/W. I did work on one of these -- in school back in the day -- and have not looked back from Apple since. Why couldn't you hook up the internal speaker -- are you just using the mini speaker? Also, didn't Jerry Seinfeld have one of these in his living room on his show?
