Mac Mini Colocation

Hey,
I'm looking at doing Mac Mini Colocation (http://MacMiniColo.net) and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or experiences.

I'm hoping Apple will release new Mini's soon, I'm just planning on hosting some family sites, some stuff for the local boy scouts & cub scouts. I've been using GoDaddy but am quickly getting tired of that.

New Mac Mini's are out, so it's time to bump this thread. Anyone had any good/bad experiences collocating at Mini server at a big data center?

I have several buddies that colo at the place OP mentioned for personal and business. Never heard anything bad about them.
