Mac mini Crashing constantly

I've had my mac mini for only a few moths and for the most part it worked perfect. I added more ram and still it was smooth. Then all of a sudden a few weeks ago it started to crash about four to five times a day. I woke up this morning and yep crashed right on schedule. I don't know what to do or where to start. I was going to time capsule back it up and reinstall the os. My only issue with that is i've never done it before. I was a little scared of it not backing up everything. doing that will back up everything on my main hd correct? also heres the latest crash report. I have a huge folder full of them now.

if you have your original ram still add it back in to rule out the possibility of bad ram

+1. The constant kernel panics are most likely indicative of bad RAM. To be sure, you can test your RAM via the Apple Hardware Test present on the disks that came with your mac: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1509. Alternatively, take it to Apple and have the geniuses do it for you. I wouldn't reinstall until you've verified that the RAM isn't the problem.
