Mac mini Crashing - Need Help

My 2007 Mac mini has all of a sudden started crashing. It has done it at least a half a dozen times today. The only indication I have is all of a sudden I will get a message in the middle of screen telling me to hold the power button down until it shuts down and then restart it. After restarting I get a message asking if I want to send a message to Apple with the problem details.

An update on my problem. Well I took my mini into the Genius Bar. Genius rebuilt hard drive and then ran diagnostics and said everything checked out fine. He said there was nothing wrong with my HD or memory. If the kernel panics occur again, he said I should reinstall Lion and see if that fixes the problem. If still happening, I should re-reinstall Lion but do a clean install. Anyway, so far I haven't had anymore panics but then again I've only been using it for an hour. The panics usually occur after it hasn't been used for hour or so and when the screen saver is on.

Another update. My visit to the Genius Bar was a waste of time. Started getting the kernel panics just as soon as I got home. So now I have re-installed Lion (did not reformat). So now I'll see what happens.

Final update. Reinstalling Lion seems to have fixed my kernel panics problem. That Lion Recovery option is great and made it so easy (except when the screen went black for long periods of time and I wasn't sure it was still running). Anyway I haven't had any panics since I did the re-install.
