i run the ibook g4 in clamshell mode (using the hack of course) and am able to put all 32 mb vram on the external display. anyway... expose begins to get a little sluggish/choppy at higher resolutions. i noticed that the mac minis have the same vram as the ibook... is it also choppy with a mac mini at higher resolutions?

The older mini I had with 32MB VRAM was choppy. The new one with 64MB VRAM is a lot better at driving my 23" ACD.

Yea I got a new mini that shipped with the silent updates including 64mb vram and everything works great. I have it hooked to a 26" LCD/Tv with no slowdowns whatsoever.
