Mac mini Dual Monitor Support?

This is probably a stupid question but can the Mac mini support dual monitor and do screen spanning? Is there any way to do this?

Which isn't really screen spanning, it's more like faking it into thinking it's one big display....meaning like that one guy said....the dock "bottom" aligned will be split, dialogs will pop up split in the middle, etc. Full screen apps won't work in that weird resolution (you have to use SwitchResX to define the resolution of the 2 monitors together).

So basically, not easily.

Thanks for the fast response. I don't think it's worth it with all of the pitfalls mentioned by ITASOR, though. Thanks.
