Heya,

I'm looking to buy a new Mac mini, but I need some help here.

I'm looking at the following configuration;
  • 3.2GHz 6‑core 8th‑generation Intel Core i7 (Turbo Boost up to 4.6GHz)
  • 8GB 2666MHz DDR4
  • Intel UHD Graphics 630
  • 512GB SSD storage
  • Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet using RJ-45 connector)
$1,499.00

So far so good, but I'm also looking at an eGPU and this is where things get confusing to me. I think I'm in doubt between the RX Vega 56 and the Vega 64. But there are so many different models (Vega 56 Air Boost, Vega 56 Gaming OC 8G, Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX Vega 56, Powercolor Radeon RX Vega 56, Powercolor Red Dragon RX Vega 56), what are the differences? Will they all work with the new Mac mini? Which one is my best option? Also, according to 9to5Mac, the Razer Core X is the best eGPU case to get... Do you guys agree?
