Mac mini FaceTime and Samsung TV

I have a Samsung television, and I want to connect a Mac mini 28 erase back deleten I have a Samsung television, and I want to connect a Mac mini to it and use FaceTime with the integrated camera in the television. The model number is Samsung HU 9000.
Please let me know if any of you have been able to use FaceTime with the integrated camera in the television.

You can use it if you connect the Mac Mini to the TV using a Mini DisplayPort cable.

Hello okay but I use a display port to HDMI as its going to go thru an Onkyo processor.

Please elaborate as I am going to be doing this for the first time.
