My 2010 mac mini is freezing up typically after about 45 minutes or so and having to do a reboot by holding down the power button. I have been doing some reading and it looks like it might be bad RAM. Is there a possibility that is the case? If so, that is great since it is an easy and pretty cheap fix. and if it is, what is the best RAM to get?

That's possible, you may want to check the memory in system profiler, that would probably tell you if something was wrong with it. It doesn't matter a whole lot what brand you get, as long as the specs are right.

I found it, I was typing it in as was posted
download rembr a free ram tester use it to test the ram.
But anyway I had found it after further looking and it is running. Looks like I do have bad RAM.
