Hi, i've just updated my mac mini (core duo model, everythings standard). All i updated all the necessary need to be updated in software update, including tiger 10.4.6 and SMC something.. . After that, my mac mini become really slow. I need to wait for about 1 minute for iTunes to loaded. Restart, boot become slower.. Anybody experienced this?

No, but I would say you should reset a lot of stuff, and if that doesn't work, take it to teh Apple Store, and they'll laugh at you, and either repair it or give you a replacement.

Did you try fsck/Disk First Aid and/or updating prebindings, along with the usual permissions check?
