Mac Mini: how to restore server once wiped

I've just bought a 2011 mac mini server edition. I have no need for the server functionality, so if I boot it up and restore from my Lion thumb drive and install the standard version of lion (or I may put a fresh install of mountain lion on), how do I go about putting the lion server software back on should I decide I want to sell it?

You should leave it on there and ignore it. No need to wipe anything.
