Mac Mini - Internal Sound Ribbon Accidentally Removed: How do you fix?

So the gold ribbon that connects to the motherboard on the Mac Mini has come out of it's tiny black connector. It seems to have been glued in there or something but now it flops around freely and I can't "reconnect it". Anyone have any ideas?

Usually those connectors have a small piece that can be lifted. Once lifted the ribbon goes in, and then you push the piece back down again, which tightens the connection.

and point out the photo that shows the ribbon cable in question, it might help if you can't figure it out.

Each side has a little nub that sticks out just enough to stick a nail in. Like you said just lift that and insert the cable again.
