Mac Mini Late 2012 Stock SSD

Anyone ordered a mac mini late 2012 with the Apple stock 256gb ssd?
Who is the manufacturer of the ssd?
What is the read/write speeds of the ssd?

IIRC they are Samsung 830 drives. I get about 430 read 330 write on mine (mine is not OEM). Not the absolute fastest drive available today but still is good in IOPS. There are cost effective DIY options out there.

The read/write speeds probably aren't that important unless you're moving ridiculous amounts of files around, any decent SSD is an exponential improvement over the platter drive.

The cost vs installing one yourself is more the issue, I opted to go with the Fusion drive to keep things simple and I'm very happy with it. It was reasonably close to the same price as buying a 256gb drive and installing it myself, but I've got the extra storage capacity from the Fusion that's really nice to have.
